Juicy beef burgers with a wonderful meaty taste. Very friendly staff and good position to sit outside. Kids loved their milkshakes, the apple flavour was unusual but delicious. Chicken salad was good if you're not in the mood for a burger. The goat's cheese and mushroom burger was excellent. Recommend the skin on fries with cheddar cheese. Well worth coming here if you fancy a burger.

A great place for burgers. The best on town we tried all burgers they are amazing. The smashed burger is great. Another great burger with blue cheese and celentro wonderful combination. Out all burger joints I have visited around the world this is in the top 5. One comment, they need to have more attention on the fries. It can be better.

Good, friendly service. The burger wasn't great, but the fries were perfect. There were quite a few burgers to choose from, so I will definitely go back and try another.

Soooo good! My husband and I have completely different ideas on what is the best burger. He is a smashed flat kind of guy while I prefer a big, flavorful patty. Thank you Rosaparks for having amazing versions of both! His smash burger was perfect- flat with crispy edges while still not being over cooked. My Neruda (all of the burgers have Civil Rights themed names) was big and juicy and the paprika seasoning made it something truly unique and delicious. If you want to eat in, definitely get there early. There was a nonstop stream of to go orders coming in and there are only 2 guys running the whole thing. I am amazed at how well they did it but I can definitely see having to wait a while if you come in later (but nothing was ever left sitting to get cold. As soon as an order was ready, it was plated/boxed and sent out). The two men running the place were super friendly and although clearly a little stressed, still happy and cheerful. I would come back to Troyes just to try one of the other burgers on the menu.
